For me it’s all about feeling the music and the mood of the crowd and then letting everyones positive energy work its magic on the gig. What I like most is enjoy the company of the people who come out to listen to me DJ; it’s all about entertaining everyone so that they feel they are getting a neat interesting event. I love to voice DJ and chat to the crowd between songs to see how they will react in type chat back to me. Splash has been DJ at Rez’s sister club, Ambrosia Dance Club since August of 2009 on Wednesday night each week from 10 pm to Midnight. By the size of the crowds he gets out and the size of his personal DJ group; DJ Splash Groupies-::- it clear to see that Splash has become one of the top voice introduction DJ’s in Second Life.
“For me the process of being able to share in the musical/listening experience with like-minded people in SL is such a rush, especially when you get such great, positive feedback from people at the events where I play. My enjoyment of SL has gone up ten-fold since I started to DJ, and it’s allowed me to meet so many great and interesting people from around the world.”
“Second Life has such a rich variety of people involved in the music scene, whether they are live performers or fellow DJ’s. Meeting and working with so many interesting and fun people has really helped me to expand my interest in music, including the many varied genres available today.”
